Welcome to The Student Rise Meetup, a dynamic community dedicated to empowering students. We bring together university students, educational professionals, and anyone passionate about education, especially education in the United Kingdom (UK).

Our mission is to help students seize agency over their academic journey and career path. We encourage them to co-create their university strategy, while also empowering their supporters to share best practices and help students reach their full potential.

Join us to discuss education reform, foster personal and professional growth, and collaborate on best practices that lead to better outcomes for everyone.

What to expect
β€’ Casual meetups: informal get-togethers for networking and connecting. Low-pressure environment for sharing experiences, building friendships, and finding support.
β€’ Collaborative workshops: structured sessions focus on hands-on learning and skill development.
β€’ Discussion forums: meaningful conversations on education reform and community building.

When and how
Mix formats of online and in-person meetups. As a new group we will start meeting twice a month; one casual/social meeting and one structured meeting per month.
