Join us for a powerful group hypnosis session designed to guide you through a process of

No prior experience with hypnosis is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Even though this is a group session, the experience will be private and internal. You are welcome to simply follow the guided process and explore your own inner world in a way that feels safe and comfortable for you.
