Session description
In fast moving, complex, and high stakes environments, emotional blind spots can derail progress, erode agility, and stall value creation. This 1 hour in-person interactive workshop reveals how discerning leaders can decode emotional signals to shift stakeholder dynamics, earn trust, and inspire action. You will learn how to treat emotions as strategic inputs, not distractions. Influence starts where logic ends.
