Let's talk about something most Christians wrestle with: growing closer to God while navigating the demands of everyday life.
We've all heard about prayer, Bible reading, fasting, worship, and other spiritual practices. But what actually helps us grow? And why do some approaches leave us feeling more exhausted than spiritually refreshed?
Join us for The Table, a relaxed online conversation where Christians can share what they've learned, ask meaningful questions, and encourage one another.

### This Week's Conversation

What Actually Helps Us Grow Spiritually?
We'll explore questions like:

  • What's helped you grow the most in your relationship with God?
  • Why is consistency with spiritual disciplines sometimes so difficult?
  • How do we distinguish genuine spiritual growth from simply becoming busier with religious activities?
  • What can we learn from one another about maintaining a healthy spiritual life?

Our conversation will be informed by 1 Timothy 4:7–8, which connects spiritual discipline with godliness.
