What we’re about

“Never talk about politics, religion, or money at the dinner table.”

If you were taught not to talk about it, we probably will.

This is a monthly in-person gathering in Santa Monica for people who crave high-trust, unfiltered conversation about the three forces that shape nearly every part of our lives—what we believe, how we vote, who we follow, what we justify, and what we pretend not to see.

We explore politics, religion, and money not as separate topics—but as an ecosystem of power, morality, and meaning. We don’t debate. We don’t pitch. We don’t perform.

We sit in a circle, pick apart a theme, and wrestle with the kind of questions that don’t have clean answers. Because that’s where the truth starts.

Some of the questions we’ll open with—no easy answers, just better conversation:

• Is capitalism our new religion—and if so, what are we actually worshipping?
• Are we voting our values—or just protecting our assets?
• Can morality survive ambition?
• What does it mean to be good in a system that rewards the opposite?

We don’t aim for consensus.
We aim for clarity.
And we believe disagreement—done right—is a form of respect.

This group isn’t for everyone.
But if you think best in paradoxes, feel restless around surface-level talk, and carry questions bigger than most rooms can hold—you’ll probably feel at home here.

No slideshows.
No gurus.
No algorithms.

Just humans—flawed, alert, and brave—gathering around the conversations most people avoid.

Come with curiosity.
Leave with better questions.
Return for the truth.
And watch what builds itself over time.
