This is an amazing workshop that first focuses on identifying happiness myths we have been taught in our society - beliefs about increasing and sustaining happiness that don't work. Then we will focus on what Positive Psychology - the amazing branch of psychology that studies human happiness and thriving says happiness and well being really is. Finally I will teach you a daily process you can use a little each day to learn to increase and sustain "meaningful and authentic happiness and well being " every single day a little each day.
