Through EFT tapping and mindfulness practices, we’ll explore gentle techniques that help release stress, increase awareness, and support emotional balance. The atmosphere is informal, welcoming, and curious, a place to practice, learn, and connect with others who are also interested in caring for their wellbeing.
No prior experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind.
