If you enjoyed our last workshop, Yoga & Self-Care for Women (which sold out hella early, so don’t slip), then you don’t want to miss this one! You can expect the same vibes, this time with brunch and mimosas. This event will focus on self-awareness and connection as women [of color] in current times. Let yourself be supported as we explore our collective resilience as well as our wounds through a sacred sister circle.

What does it mean to be both mindful of what is presently occurring in our social-political world, and mindful of taking care of our spiritual, mental, and physical selves?

We will explore these questions through a soulful yoga flow, guided meditation and open dialogue over brunch. This space is curated to empower you to begin your journey inward and connect with others with shared experiences while simultaneously creating new intentions for self-care and healing.

Self-identified women of color and allies are welcome to join. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

What to bring? Yoga mat (or $3 to rent one), vulnerability

Tickets are $35/online ($40/door until we reach capacity). Included in the ticket price is one brunch meal and juice or unlimited coffee.

Meeyogi Mimosas are $4/door (Cash or cards accepted; must show valid form of identification.)

Doors open at 9:30am and class starts at 10am. Space is limited. Must be 18 years old.
