A TSC session is a unique blend of free dance, meditative movement, and contact improvisation, enhanced by guided movement coaching to facilitate deep release, embodiment, and liberation- all within the hypnotic atmosphere of techno music.

What to Expect?
🧿Each session starts with eyes closed ‘tune-in’ dance to drop into presence, followed by breathwork and guided movement coaching for a deeper exploration of our chakras and our capacity to find new ways of letting go, making space, receiving, feeling, being...
🌊In a group setting, the experience deepens: The coach instigates contact improvisation principles and team building exercises to sync into a shared rhythm, dissolving barriers and fostering collective connection.

Who am I?
I’m a Jay Shetty-certified life coach & somatic coach with a deep passion for creating spaces of authentic expression, connection, and soul liberation.
Raised across different cultures and shaped by a background in art, music, nightclub event management & dance, I draw inspiration from visionary movement facilitators like Frederic Gies (Technosomatics) and Ohad Naharin (Gaga Movement).
By integrating modern dance principles into my sessions, I guide others toward a deeper reconnection with their bodies, emotions, and true essence.
