Session Details
Session #1: Behind the Code: How Unit Tests Empower QA
This talk is a hands-on introduction to unit testing, tailored for a non-technical QA audience. Through live coding examples, we’ll show what unit tests are, how they work, and most importantly, how they can help QA teams catch bugs earlier, gain confidence in releases, and collaborate better with developers. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how unit tests make your job easier, even if you never write one yourself.
Speaker: Julio Falbo
Julio Falbo is a Staff Software Developer at Neo Financial who writes code, breaks things (on purpose), and then makes them faster. He’s obsessed with clean architecture, unit tests that actually help, and mentoring devs without sounding like a robot. When he's not deep in logs or tweaking performance, he's probably convincing someone that backend code can be beautiful.
Session #2: Integration test adoption at a scale-up
A reflection on the path from zero to hundreds of integration tests, lessons learned, and tips on driving adoption at your organization.
Speaker: Lewis Horwood
Lewis is a senior software engineer at Neo Financial, where he has shaped many quality- and testing-related processes.

Hello Testers,
With great pleasure, we announce the upcoming event of our #TTTribeCast Webinar series, “Agentic AI: From Reactive Bots to Autonomous Digital Co‑Workers” by Toni Ramchandani.
When is it happening?
19th June 2025 | Thursday | 11:30 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST | OnlineWhat will Toni speak about?
Agentic AI marks the next evolutionary leap in artificial intelligence—systems that don’t just answer prompts or generate content, but plan, decide, and act on our behalf with minimal oversight. In this webinar, we’ll demystify what “agentic” really means, trace the shift from single‑step chatbots to multi‑step autonomous agents, and explore the architectures—sense‑plan‑act loops, large‑language‑model reasoning layers, and tool‑integrations—that make true agency possible.
We’ll balance theory with practice: real‑world examples from healthcare scheduling to cybersecurity triage will illustrate how agentic systems can orchestrate complex workflows, learn from feedback, and collaborate with humans as proactive digital teammates. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of where Agentic AI fits in the broader AI landscape and how to begin piloting it responsibly in their own organizations.
