Asking For What You Want

Details
Sometimes it can be hard to speak up for ourselves and be honest with others in asking for what we want, including our expectations and our boundaries in relationships. This can be especially hard if we ourselves are not truly clear about what we want, or if we are not conditioned to use our voice in a powerful way.
How comfortable are you with asking for what you want?
What level of self-awareness and clarity do you have around knowing what you want? What works for you to get in touch with what you really want?
In what scenarios or relationships do you find it most difficult to speak up?
How do you feel about your deservingness of actually having what you want?
What do you notice about gay men and gay relationships regarding vocalizing needs and desires? What is working well and what not so much?
Come discuss these questions and more with a group of likeminded gay men who welcome you as you are, from wherever you are coming from, at any stage of life. Always kind, always enlightening, always thoughtful. We'll be waiting for you!
