Just Coping Vs Truly Living

Details

Learning to cope with life's hardships is essential to our mental health, but sometimes we can become stuck in a perpetual state of coping and forget how to truly live - especially if life keeps sending us hardships to where we don't have a chance to catch our breath and return to equilibrium.

How do you relate to the concept of coping or "just getting by" vs truly living and feeling you are fully engaging with life?

How have you managed the balance of taking the time you need to grieve, cope, and heal while getting back out there, performing necessary responsibilities, and choosing to live fully?

Where do you notice gay men coping and where do you notice gay men truly living?

Come discuss these questions and more with a group of likeminded gay men who welcome you as you are, from wherever you are coming from, at any stage of life. Always kind, always enlightening, always thoughtful. We'll be waiting for you!
