Entry points

The topic for this meeting is "Entry points", but what do we mean by that? Well, we are interested in books that constitute good entry points into an author or a genre.

Some authors have such an extensive oeuvre that anyone interested in their work would feel overwhelmed regarding where to start. And the same applies to niche literary genres such as horror, crime, fantasy, science fiction, historical fiction, etc.

You are thus cordially invited to briefly present one or more books of any kind (fiction, non-fiction, whatever) that you would consider good entry points into an author or genre.

Afterwards we will have a casual and friendly chat about the books, about the subject of entry points, and wherever else the conversation takes us!

You are of course welcome to bring the books you want to discuss, but it's also fine if you don't.
