About us
Welcome to The Thrift Flip Social Squad Hub. This is a space for anyone who loves the thrill of the hunt and turning someone else’s unwanted items into something fresh and useful. Whether you are an expert at upholstery, a wizard with a sewing machine, or just someone who enjoys wandering through thrift stores looking for potential projects, you are welcome here. We want to build a community where we can share our finds, troubleshoot tricky restoration techniques, and learn from one another.
Our meetups are pretty low-key. We plan to get together to talk shop, share tips on where to find the best supplies, and maybe even tackle a few small group projects along the way. It does not matter if you have a professional workshop or just a corner of your kitchen table to work on; the goal is simply to connect with others who enjoy the process of giving old objects a second life. Come by, bring your ideas, and let’s see what we can create together.
