👄😍 Tips for Mature Makeup from a PRO... on a FARM! **MAX of 14** 😍👄

👄 Welcome to a special event designed to celebrate and enhance the beauty of seasoned women! We are thrilled to invite you to a professional makeup tutorial that focuses on techniques tailored specifically for mature skin. Whether you're looking to refine your daily makeup routine or explore new looks, this tutorial will provide you with the skills and confidence to shine.

👄 As we age, our skin undergoes various changes that can affect our makeup application. Factors such as texture, elasticity, and tone may shift, requiring different approaches than those we used in earlier years. This tutorial is curated to address the unique needs of seasoned women, ensuring that your makeup not only looks fabulous but also feels comfortable and natural.

What to Expect
Our event will be led by current Thrive Tribe member Cori V., a former professional makeup artist. She will share her wealth of knowledge, including tips and tricks that can make a significant difference in your appearance. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized advice tailored to your specific concerns. Cori has been a professional makeup artist for over 30 years, working at many major makeup counters, and has even done print work.

BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER!!
This event will be held at Cori's FARM!! We will go down and visit/give treats to her three goats, two sheep, two pigs, five dogs, two cats, and over 90 chickens! This is NOT a petting zoo, but the animals can be interacted with and fed treats. The event is a POTLUCK where you only need to bring a side, or a salad, or a dessert. Cori will be providing the main course of salmon and chicken, and will also provide the drinks! She will supply mimosas, wine, beer, and a variety of non-alcoholic drinks. Drop a comment with what you will bring so we can balance out the offerings. Not that I would object to 14 desserts, but someone else might not be a fan😆.

Prepare Your Face
For the makeup session, please have prepared skin with skincare on, but without any makeup on yet. Bring your makeup, including (if you have it): foundation, powder, blush, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, lip liner, brow liner/color, lipstick, concealer, and contour/highlighter. Remember to bring your brushes and blenders for application. Cori will demonstrate on one volunteer as we all follow along doing our own makeup with her direction. This hands-on experience ensures that you can replicate the looks at home with confidence.

You Will Learn How To:

• Prep your skin to achieve a flawless base
• Choose the right foundation and concealer for mature skin
• Enhance your features with contouring and highlighting
• Apply products the right way to "defy" your age
• Select eyeshadow and eyeliner that complement your eye shape and color
• Apply blush and lip color for a natural, youthful glow
• Discover which products are best suited for mature skin. Cori will discuss the benefits of various makeup brands and tools, helping you make informed decisions about your makeup purchases.

⭐ This professional tutorial is limited to just 14 people MAX so Cori can give us one-on-one attention. The event fee is just $10, which includes three hours of Cori's expertise and time, the main course, drinks, and other goodies. There will be drawings for prizes and you'll also receive a cute makeup bag with a handmade, all-natural lip scrub. That is such a steal! Venmo your $10 fee to @Melanie-Zaner BEFORE you RSVP. If you have not Venmo'd Melanie at the time of signing up, you will be removed from the RSVP list. This is going to fill up fast!

✅ Be sure to dress casually with closed-toed shoes that are okay to get some dirt on them.

➡️❗RSVP with integrity. If plans change make sure to update your RSVP right away so someone can come off the waitlist. If you cancel the day of, you will be responsible for the $10 fee if no one can take your place in time.

✅ RSVP responsibly. Keep your RSVP up to date - if you sign up but have to cancel, please edit your reply, preferably 24 hours in advance. Cancelling at the last minute and no-showing causes problems for both the event organizer and the venue. It also violates our membership rules. Leave a comment in the event post to alert the organizer that you have changed your RSVP if you cancel the day of the event.

❌ Two no-shows total (meaning no communication about not showing up, either in RSVP, event comments, or a DM to the event host) to any type of event will be grounds for removing you from the group. A lot goes into setting up the right activity, venue, reserved space, negotiated fees, security deposits, supplies and more for every event, which is all based on your RSVP. We'd hate to lose you!

✅ Annual membership dues are just $6 for an entire year - what a deal! Meetup now charges $350 per year for an organizer to create a group. Yikes! Your membership dues will be applied to these fees plus all other expenses incurred on behalf of the group. Your first event is free to see if The Thrive Tribe is a good fit for you. After your first event, please Venmo $6 to @Melanie-Zaner (preferred), or bring cash to your second event. Yearly dues will need to be renewed every 12 months.
