About our speaker Ana Giurea - "With a background in Engineering and Commercial management, having 10 years experience in project management, I am Ana Giurea, PM and SM at Cognizant Softvision, and I will share with you our way to grow our facilitators and the way our Agile community members support each other in improving their skills."

Agile Talks wants to bring together people who are passionate about software development and agile methodologies. We will have one talk of maximum 30 minutes and after that several Open Spaces slots where we can learn from other people's experiences and discuss your own topics.
The event ends with a group retrospective and with some conclusions from the participants.
