An Agile Odyssey: Insights from 20 years of applying Agile

What are the different nuances Agile can take depending on the type of organization it’s implemented in? From consumer electronics, to automotive and software services, we will discuss 20 years of Agile experience and look into the distinct forms it takes to reach different objectives.

About our speaker: Marius Bănici is the Engineering Vice-President and co-founder of Victory Square Partners. He has a rich background (20+ years and counting) in applying Agile principles and building successful products in various types of organizations. Today, his main goal is to build engineering teams that click and to support the development of a work environment that is efficient, productive and enjoyable, for both engineers and clients.

Agile Talks wants to bring together people who are passionate about software development and agile methodologies. We will have one talk of maximum 30 minutes and after that several Open Spaces slots where we can learn from other people's experiences and discuss your own topics.
The event ends with a group retrospective and with some conclusions from the participants.
