It will cost 1,500 yen per person (Kids under 18 are free.). Moto will collect the fee at the party.
We prepare some beer, wine, soft drinks and food (sausages, pork, chicken and shrimps) to grill. Only a wooden table and two benches are available at the venue. There is no chair for each.
If some money is left over, it will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society (http://www.jrc.or.jp/english/index.html). We will meet at the BBQ field (Table No.6) in the park at 12:00. Please look for the Meetup sign there. The party will last till 16:00. It may be canceled in case of bad weather. The decision will be made by the day before the party. Let's have fun at the Yumenoshima park in front of the Shinkiba station (4 stops from Tokyo station on JR Keiyo Line)!
*No driver can drink at the party.
