Summer Charity BBQ party at Syowa Kinen Park in Tachikawa

It will cost 2,500 yen (2,000 yen+500yen as donation for March 11 Tsunami relief) per person and 4,000 yen (3,500 yen+500yen as donation) per family (kids under 18 are free). You have to pay 400 yen(adults) for entering the park separately. Moto will collect the BBQ fee at the party. If you don't come, you don't need to pay, regardless of RSVP.

Please notify me if you are going to bring your family (kids under 18 are not included as guest number), because we need to know the budget to rent tools and buy food and drinks on the day before the party. If some money is left over, some of it will be used for Meetup monthly fee and the rest of it will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society (http://www.jrc.or.jp/english/index.html)

We will meet at the BBQ area in the park at 13:00. Moto will be there wearing a Meetup t-shirt. The party will last till 16:00.

The party may be canceled in case of bad weather. The decision will be made by the day before the party.

Let's have fun at the beautiful park in front of Nishitachikawa Station (40 minutes from Shinjuku station on the JR Chuo Line)!
