Bios
Andy Healey is a UX Manager at Shopify. He leads a team of content and product designers who create experiences used on over 1.7 million online stores. If you’ve shopped online recently then his team have probably helped you to check out smoothly.
Ryan Bigge spent over 4 years as a senior content designer at Shopify where he helped launch Shopify Marketing, Starter Loans, and Shopify Balance. A long-time advocate for straightforward UX, Ryan argued that “Delight is dead” at the Interaction21 conference.
