Capitalist Realism by Mark Fisher (pre-read)

Acclaimed author and blogger Mark Fisher (alias k-punk) wrote his opus magnum Capitalist Realism: Is There No Alternative? two years before his suicide in 2011. By capitalist realism, Fisher means "the widespread sense that not only is capitalism the only viable political and economic system, but also that it is now impossible even to imagine a coherent alternative to it."
