Walking on eggshells: a session about psychological and emotional abuse

Details
Psychological and emotional abuse can take many forms: subtle criticisms, controlling behaviors, gaslighting, or manipulative patterns that leave deep marks on our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. This session provides a safe space to explore these experiences, understand their effects, and learn ways to care for yourself.
Join us to discuss:

>>> Practical approaches to self-care

This session is for anyone who has experienced or witnessed psychological or emotional abuse, whether at work or in personal relationships, and wishes to better understand these experiences and connect with others in a supportive environment. This is an informational and supportive session, not a professional therapeutic or counseling service. It is intended to raise awareness, share knowledge, and provide tools for self-care, but it does not replace professional mental health support.
