The Next American Revolution: Empowering each other to create change

When America, the country touted as bringing democracy to the whole world, starts spying on its own citizens, isn’t it time for a change? Thomas Paine’s’ Commonsense framed the new values of the first American Revolution. What story frames our values today? How can we change ourselves to become more powerful in aiding this transition? These are a few of the things we'll try to figure out together. We will kick off discussion with a short video by Gar Alperovitz on sharing power in the workplace as a first step toward democratizing society.
