Tree huggers unite! Explore our 112 acres of trees: learn how to identify and appreciate some of our local species. There will be a scavenger hunt and mindfulness moments. Learning and play! Enjoy some quiet time with the forest, a little social time with like minded neighbors and fun for the kiddies. Join us August 20th at Common Ground Ecovillage. Melanie from Roots 2Rise Wellness will lead us in activities from 10am to noon.

Directions to the land: Set your GPS for 1021 N. Frazier Rd., Mebane. It's about a mile from Dollar General at the corner of Frazier and Highway 70. Turn at the driveway for 1021, continue past cattle gate to parking area

Accessibility: the land is unpaved and uneven. Privy out houses are pleasant however not wheelchair accessible.

Please come prepared for the outdoors- Bug spray, sunscreen, a chair or a blanket, and hydration will be a good idea.
