Take a deep dive into the transformative waters of a men's work with the Tribe of Men at our Drop-In Group Zoom call.

Please email inquiries@tribeofmen.com (and not just RSVP here on Meetup) to say "Hi" to your facilitators, Jeff and Todd, and receive the Zoom link for this month’s Drop-In Group.

The Drop-In Group offers a safe, supportive space that fosters authentic expression and vulnerability and invites our collective wisdom to emerge. In these meetings, we are guided by the Tribe of Men principles of integrity and wholeness, growth and learning, love and compassion, and purposeful work. Utilizing our tools for moving through limitations, we access our connection to Source and our deepest self.

Meet your DIG facilitators:

Jeff Wessman: With over three decades of experience in personal development work, communications, and as a musician, Jeff brings a compassionate and insightful approach to facilitating men. His commitment to fostering authentic connections and facilitating transformative experiences makes him a valued member of the Tribe. And he’s got a great sense of humor and will have you laughing before you know it.

Todd Kerr: is the founding editor/publisher of Berkeley Times, a community newspaper serving Berkeley, CA since 2010. He’s also a leader of men’s circles. 25 years ago, his self-awareness journey began with an exploration of his grief resulting from early life traumas and his father’s unfortunate death in a commercial airline disaster. He attended the first Sword & Scepter men’s workshop (2003) and was one of the instigators of the Tribe of Men (2004), where he has served as a chief multiple times. He currently co-leads multiple monthly meeting groups that meet online and in person.

About the Tribe of Men

Founded in 2004, the Tribe of Men is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding men's consciousness in service to all beings and the planet. With over 80 active members, we offer diverse opportunities for men.

The Drop-In Groups are just one of a handful of experiences the Tribe of Men offers to support your growth:

  1. Drop-In Groups: Short, two-hour Zoom calls for men to get a taste of being in a Challenge Group and doing “men’s work” (see below) to assess whether they’d like to explore a more permanent Challenge Group.
  2. Challenge Groups: Monthly, persistent groups of men who create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where men come together to share experiences, insights, and challenges and do “men’s work” together.
  3. Initiation: Men who wish to become initiated Tribesmen undertake a rigorous 3.5-month self-exploration process with an experienced Tribesman as a guide. They then receive a life-changing personal challenge to transform what the man himself wants to change in his life. The process culminates when we come together as a full Tribe for an annual Initiation weekend.
  4. Facilitation Skills-building: A forum to work on facilitation skills, lead groups, and support others on their growth journey.
  5. Conscious Leadership Development: A forum to lead the Tribe, focused on cultivating conscious leadership skills, empowering you to lead with integrity and authenticity.
  6. Community Building Events: Besides structured programs, enjoy informal gatherings like hikes and picnics, which foster connection and camaraderie among the Tribe of Men's extended community, spouses, partners, and children.
  7. Workshops. Several Tribesmen deliver workshops that delve deeper into a variety of topics. For example, the Sword and Scepter workshop is a 4-day workshop conducted by two Tribesmen and staffed by several other Tribesmen to explore healthy masculine power; shorter 1-2 hour workshops have been conducted on Zoom.
