"How to be shame and guilt-free..." Professor Windy Dryden with live CBT demos

Details

"......without being callous and a psychopath!"

This is such a sensitive subject to so many of us and those we meet and work with, of course. We aim to unpick and study it together in March!

As always, we expect this event to be of value to coaches, therapists, leaders - and anyone who has an interest in human nature, psychology and personal growth.

This is the third session in our brand new series, entitled:

"Handling Life’s Challenges Healthily" Across the series we are conducting a unique exploration of the eight emotions we all inevitably confront in our lives.

(Sessions one and two have been sellouts, so please book when you can!)

It's a rare chance to watch a genuine expert in his field conduct live coaching sessions, and at a gorgeous venue - The Union Club.

Our speaker:
Professor Windy Dryden is one of the most experienced practitioners and trainers in the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) tradition of psychotherapy in the world, having worked directly with some of the greats in various fields, including Aaron Beck, Albert Ellis and Arnold Lazarus.

He is Emeritus Professor at Goldsmiths, University of London and best known for his work in Rational-Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT), a leading CBT approach. Windy has published over 230 books and has trained therapists all over the world, in as diverse places as the UK, the USA, South Africa, Australia, Turkey and Israel.

These masterclasses are hosted by Ground and Air with selected guests.
