"Handle Uncertainty Healthily" Professor Windy Dryden + live CBT demos

Details

A "VUCA environment" is an acronym, first used by the US military, which stands for Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous....terms that could describe aspects of our current circumstances in some ways.

If the world does feel like that, how do we best help our clients to respond?

By supporting them in developing and maintaining a flexible attitude. We are not talking about encouraging them to "care less" or to simply elect to react differently - (that's the realm of the various Self-Help groups and proponents of "positive mental attitude."

Supporting you and your clients to understand the thinking and the method that lies behind a CBT approach might really help.

We are delighted to announce that Professor Windy Dryden will conduct a talk via Zoom and demonstrate, live, with some volunteers.

As always, we expect this event to be of value to coaches, therapists, leaders - and anyone who has an interest in human nature, psychology and personal growth.

This is the fourth session in our brand new series, entitled:
"Handling Life’s Challenges Healthily." Across the series we are conducting a unique exploration of the eight emotions we all inevitably confront in our lives.

(Previous sessions have been sellouts, so please book when you can!)
