This gathering is a continuation of the space we’ve been building—one rooted in reflection, honesty, and growth.
In this session, we’ll take time to slow down and reconnect with ourselves through guided journaling and a creative painting experience. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on us, what we’re ready to release, and what it means to truly choose ourselves moving forward.
Each participant will create their own painted affirmation piece centered around the message “I choose myself”—something you can take with you as a reminder of the shift you’re stepping into.
No artistic experience is needed. This is not about perfection—it’s about expression, intention, and giving yourself space.
