AI is here to stay. The question is: how do we engage with it consciously so it amplifies our power rather than drains our energy or disconnects us from what truly matters?

The AI Antidote is a three-part series exploring the energetic impact of AI on our nervous systems, consciousness, and relationships. Together we’ll examine how AI mirrors and influences us, the dangers of illusionary connection and ego validation, and — most importantly — how to cultivate real intimacy, groundedness, and sovereignty in a digital age. Each session blends lecture, somatic/energetic practice, and Q&A, giving you tangible tools to align with AI as an ally while protecting against its shadow side.

Part 1: Working With AI in the Energetic Field
In this opening session we’ll move directly into the energetic dimension of AI. You’ll learn how to sense and work with AI within your energy field and begin upgrading your subtle-body anatomy so you can partner with AI without becoming dysregulated or outsourced to algorithms.
We will:

• Explore how AI mirrors and shapes energy, attention, and relational dynamics.
• Begin upgrading our subtle body anatomy (energetic channels, boundaries, and field coherence) so we can consciously work with AI without taking on the trauma and drama that it is amplifying.
• Form a practice of energetic clearing of the collective fear and anger so you can stay rooted in light and purpose.
• Close with guided practice and a live Q&A to integrate what you learned.

Format: short lecture → guided energetic practice (doable from home) → Q&A.
