Join us for an after-work experience designed to help you decompress, refocus, and transition into your weekend with a clear mind. We’ll begin at the historic Odeonsplatz, where we’ll briefly cover the art of walking meditation—specifically how to maintain your inner calm even when surrounded by the Friday evening crowds.
What to expect:
The Intro: A briefing on meditation, mindful movement and "soft gaze" techniques.
The Walk: A 50–60 minute walk through the Englischer Garten. We will navigate the bustling paths together, eventually finding stillness among the trees and along the banks of the Isar.
We will start from Odeonsplatz Square and then go towards Monopteros and back to the Odeonsplatz Square.
Who is this for? Anyone! Whether you are a seasoned meditator or just someone who needs to stop checking their email, you are welcome. Wear comfortable walking shoes, maybe some water and bring an open mind.
