The Uncomfortable Shadow: The Other Side of You
You showed up for a reason.
Maybe you can't name it yet. But something in you is a little too comfortable, and a quieter part of you is done pretending that's working.
That's the place we start.
The Uncomfortable Shadow takes the work out of the body and into the psyche. You don't have to plunge into cold water or hit a dark trailhead at 1:30am to do hard things. The harder terrain has always been inside. It's the part most people spend a lifetime stepping around.
Here's the idea. There's a version of you that you show the world. And there's the other side, the parts you learned somewhere along the way to hide, deny, or leave behind. Carl Jung called it the shadow. It doesn't disappear when you bury it. It just runs quietly in the background, shaping how you react, what gets under your skin, the things you do that you can't quite explain.
The good news is the shadow isn't the enemy. It's information. Some of what you buried down there is actually gold.
We'll cover a bit of Jung to give you the map. Then we'll put it to use. You'll leave with a clearer way to see the other side of yourself, and a way to work with it instead of against it.
This is a free pilot. Small group, online, on Google Meet. I'm testing the material live, which means you get the work for nothing and your honest reactions shape where it goes from here.
Fair warning. This isn't therapy and it isn't a quick fix. It's a flashlight. If you want someone to tell you you're fine exactly as you are, this is the wrong room. If you're ready to meet the other side of you, pull up a seat.
