In a world that constantly demands our attention, this space asks nothing of you. No notifications, no expectations, just an open invitation to slow down, breathe, and come into a deep reunion with yourself. Maybe you’ll finally finish that book, pick up an old art project, strum a few chords, or simply sit in stillness and soak it all in. Maybe you’ll discover a dormant creativity that’s been waiting for this exact moment to emerge. However you choose to spend your time here, it’s yours.

We’ll begin with 45 minutes of solo unwinding, space to land, to reconnect with your own energy, to let your nervous system exhale. Then, we’ll gently transition into community connection. There will be an optional guided activity, space to create, play, and share, and above all, an invitation to just be.

What to Bring (Optional, but encouraged!):
• A book, journal, or art project
• A musical instrument or game
• Snacks to share with the community

We’ll provide what we can—paints, books, instruments, and a cozy, welcoming environment, but this is a collective effort, a space co-created by all who enter.
