Welcome to The Unpretentious Foodie Restaurant Group!
When I moved to Prague I was beginning my journey to learning how to become a great home cook. I loved to whip up new french bistro and Italian recipes. Chef Jean Pierre's YouTube channel is a huge inspiration on me and my rolled french omelets were getting pretty damn good!
However, my current focus is making a real and permanent life in Prague - which means new cool friends and discovering new restaurants - and less time in the kitchen...for now.
I love fine dining - the textures and presentation, I highly recommend El Camino - and getting a cooking technique down perfectly but...
I also pick wine by how much I like the label and will almost certainly commit a faux pas over the course of an evening filled with drink, food and chats.
If you think that sounds like fun, join our group where 6 - 8 of us will meet 1 or 2 times a month at a new restaurant - likely in Vinohrady, Zizkov, or Karlin.
