Each meetup is designed as a gentle escape from the noise of daily life: a warm mix of conversation, intention, and ease. Intentional sisterhood and elevated self-care.

No pressure just real women, real stories, and experiences that feel nourishing, not draining.

GENERAL GROUP RULES:

1. You must provide a clear, recognizable profile photo of yourself only.
2. You must do your best to attend the meetups you RSVP to.
3. These events fill up quickly. The Host works hard to organize these events with the group and the venues. In fairness to those that are interested and waitlisted, If you do not show up to an event or cancel your RSVP with less than 24 hours notice, the event host may mark you as a no-show.
4. Minors are not allowed at any events.

✨ Liability Waiver & Responsibility Acknowledgment

By joining and participating in any events hosted by The Velvet Hour Glow Up, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Personal Responsibility:
All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for your own health, well-being, and safety during all events and activities.

2. Health & Medical Awareness:
You are responsible for knowing your own medical conditions, physical limits, allergies, and sensitivities. Please consult a medical professional if needed before engaging in any wellness, fitness, or spa-related activities.

3. Assumption of Risk:
Events may involve physical activity (e.g. yoga, breathwork, hydrotherapy), exposure to new environments (e.g. spas, cosmetic procedures clinics), or the consumption of food or drink. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or incidents that may occur.

4. No Liability:
The group organizer(s), co-hosts, and affiliated venues are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or unforeseen incident during or after events. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

5. Use of Photos:
Event photos may occasionally be taken to promote the group’s activities. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the host know in advance.

6. Code of Conduct:
Respect, kindness, and inclusivity are core values of this group. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the group.

By attending any event hosted by The Velvet Hour Glow Up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
Your participation indicates acceptance of full responsibility for your own safety and experience.
