### Mentors Needed – All Boys Juvenile Facility (Palm Beach County)
The VERB Kind is seeking committed male mentors to serve at an all-boys juvenile facility in Palm Beach County. These young men are looking for consistency, encouragement, and positive male role models who will show up and walk alongside them.
Mentors visit once a week as part of a small team. You are not expected to teach or have all the answers. TVK provides full training, onboarding, and ongoing support. Each visit is led by a trained TVK leader who facilitates the lesson and discussion. Your role is to build relationships, listen, encourage, and be present.
Consistency matters more than perfection. One hour a week can change a young man’s trajectory.
