Ekya X TheHar: The Vibes Within
Details
A little art, a little reflection, a little conversation with your heart.
How many different versions of you have existed this year?
Maybe you've grown.
Maybe you've changed your mind.
Maybe you've been holding a lot.
Maybe some things didn't go as planned.
Maybe you're still becoming.
The Vibes Within is an online reflective art experience where we slow down and explore the many seasons of ourselves — through creativity, reflection and connection.
You don't need to be “good at art”.
You don't need to have anything figured out.
You just need a little space to pause.
🎨 What will we do?
01. Arrive & Connect
We'll begin with a few simple activities to help you settle in, arrive in the moment and connect with the group.
02. Reflect Through Art
We'll use creative prompts to explore the different seasons you've moved through — the moments that shaped you, what you've carried, what you've outgrown and what you're taking forward.
03. Create a Bouquet of Kindness 🌷
You'll create your own paper bouquet, with each flower representing an act of kindness — something you've received, given, witnessed or want to offer yourself.
04. Pause & Share
We'll come together to reflect, listen and share whatever feels meaningful from the experience.
There is no right way to create and no pressure to share anything you don't want to.
✂️ What you'll need
Please keep these ready before the session:

🌿 A gentle reminder
This is a reflective, creative wellbeing experience — not therapy. You are welcome to participate at your own pace, keep your camera on or off when appropriate, and share only what feels comfortable.
Because every season of you deserves to be noticed, not just the one you're in.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Your spot can, however, be transferred to someone else up to 24 hours before the session. Please inform us in advance if you would like to transfer your ticket.
With love and care,
