Partner yoga deepens traditional asanas through shared support, creating a unique blend of connection, trust, and playful exploration. Working together, you'll discover new depths in familiar poses while building strength, flexibility, and communication.

What to Expect: In this session, we'll flow through sequences designed for two, using each other's bodies for support, balance, and deeper stretches. You'll experience assisted poses, synchronized breathing, and the beautiful energy that comes from practicing in harmony with another person.

All Levels Welcome No previous yoga experience required – just come with an open mind and willingness to explore. I'll offer variations to suit different abilities, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout the practice.
