Ready to move, sweat, and stretch it all out?
Come join us for a fullbody conditioning yoga flow that's equal parts workout and wind-down. We'll move through a dynamic sequence designed to fire up your muscles, get your heart pumping, and leave you feeling strong and loose.
This isn't your sleepy Sunday stretch—expect to work your core, arms, legs, and everything in between. But don't worry, we'll balance it out with plenty of deep breaths and feel-good stretches along the way.
All levels welcome. We'll offer modifications so you can make it your own.
