What we’re about

The Walk is an international space for mental health based in Berlin. The unifying goal behind our activities is to empower people to understand and manage their mental and emotional lives. Our focus is centered around promotion of mental health and psychoeducation: we provide practical guidance, activities and counselling sessions open to everyone interested. This meetup group is where we will post our activities and workshops.

🎨 What We Do

Our meetups include:

Mental Health Workshops – informal psychoeducation sessions on topics like self-care, emotional regulation, and communication. Some workshops will be interactive, others will involve crafts or games.

Walks – eventually we will be organising mindful walks through Berlin.
