Saturday Walking

So excited to have a group of women join me for Saturday walks! We are meeting at the Boone County Arboretum. When you arrive at the park you will park on the right side next to the playground. You will see the entrance to the walking path next to this particular parking lot, there will be a brick path with a little arch. We will meet next to the arch and start walking right at 7. The path is around 3 miles and will take everyone back to their cars. I chose to do an earlier time because as summer approaches, it will allow everyone to walk in a cooler environment. If it is raining/storming just assume we aren't going to walk and the event will go to the next event scheduled. If you have issues with summer heat like I do, I recommend getting a neck fan, they are amazing and greatly help with exercising during the summer. If you need to reach me my cell is 513-502-6386.
