Saturday Walking

Once again we will be doing the same walk as the first, in future weeks we will build up the amount of miles we are doing. This will be a 3 mile walk that takes you back to your car, starting at the arch located on the right side parking lot when you first enter the main entrance of the park (next to the playground). We will meet next to the arch with the brick path and go from there. We walk at 7 am so we don't have to walk in the heat of the day and it won't be in the way of people's plans for the weekend. If you have issues with summer heat, I recommend a neck fan, I have one and it has helped a lot when my energy is feeling low.
