Managing Destructive Self-talk, Triggers & Fears Around Saying No
Location not specified yetHello there,
I'm Sarah, a Teacher, Life Coach and Healing Guide from Dublin, Ireland, and you're so welcome to this virtual healing circle event based on the topic "Managing Destructive Self-talk, Triggers & Fears Around Saying No"
Saying No can be one of the hardest things to say, for many different reasons, from not wanting to disappoint others, to deep fears of being rejected, excluded or criticised.
Our inner critic and internal narrative can be quite overwhelming sometimes, and we aren't alone in hearing them. The good news is, there are ways to reframe this narrative, and cultivate a strength in saying NO, and together, we'll safely explore this.
This warm, interactive 60-minute space is designed to help us discover how to managing destructive self-talk, triggers & fears around saying No and start to cultivate a kinder, more supportive relationship with ourselves and self-care.
This is a free-from-judgment community space where we can be seen, heard, and supported. Whether we want to actively share our experiences or just simply listen and absorb the energy of the group, there is a spot for you here:
What to expect during our hour together:
- The "Why": Discover why we find it so difficult to say No. Why our harsh inner critic exists, where it came from, and how to recognize its destructive patterns.
- Community Connection: Realize we aren't the only ones dealing with this. We will have guided, pressure-free opportunities to share stories and support one another.
- Actionable Tools: We'll leave the session with actionable tools, and a practical technique you can use immediately to help you start saying No, while learning how to prioritise your self-care without any interruptive harsh self-talk thought spirals.
- A Safe Space: Come exactly as you are. Cameras on or off, sharing or just listening, your comfort is the priority.
Who should attend?
