Description
With an accent on Women’s health, this 75-minute free class will have plenty of info for all. It will include healthy aging with diet and herbs, menopause, “man-o-pause,” reducing cancer risk and botanical support for those living with chronic health issues. We’ll focus on hormones, detoxification, stress, sleep, strengthening bone and muscle, and maintaining and restoring skin, hair and nails. Utilizing herbs for exercise endurance and ergogenic support will be featured.
Part of the class will be taught through a dietary and nutritional lens. We’ll also discuss wild foods and herbal supplements, including their synergistic effects. We'll finish with some time for questions.
