85% of people struggle with self confidence at some point in their lives.
If you're feeling confident, you can feel bright, energetic, social, effective, and truly open to other people.

But if you're not - if you're struggling with self confidence - you might feel nervous around people, worried about speaking up, fatigued, or simply unheard or unseen.

Please join Sean & Jen from Defining Chapter - whoever you are - for a genuinely transformative exercise to build your confidence (***hint: you will not need to speak in front of the group).

We will also spend some time sharing some key strategies, along with anecdotes from some of our experiences with former clients we've had who've grown HUGELY in their own confidence levels.

In addition to this, we'll share models, frameworks, and books recommendations, and will welcome you to ask any questions you like, if you have anything in particular you'd like to explore (though of course you won't even have to ask a question if you don't feel like it - this is totally up to you on the day. You're more than welcome to tune in with your camera and mic off, and be as participatory or non-participatory as you like).

Everything we do at Defining Chapter is predicated on compassion and creativity. We're naturally open-minded and non-judgemental, and will always go to great length to meet you where you're at.

No pressure.

No experience necessary.

Just pop in on your lunch break, sit back, listen, learn, and be greatly inspired by your own progress during the session + what other people have to share.

Please share this with anyone you feel might benefit from the topic we're discussing.
