***This is not a workshop - it is a free talk, for you to tune into at your leisure, to listen, take notes, and connect with your own sense of what writing means.

***There will be, however, one short writing exercise, which you'll be able to do by yourself, in the background with your camera off, with no pressure to share at all...

Sean is a Nottingham-based writer, coach, and organiser. Shimrit is a London-based writer, researcher, and facilitator.

Together they'll be discussing:

1. The role of writing in the 21st century
2. The impact of AI on writing
3. The role and necessity of relationality + compassionate community
4. The impact of political upheavals
5. The role of the writer themself: witness, sense-maker, cultural disruptor, and existential companion.
6. Q&A
