FAQs
Q: Do I have to present or share ideas?
A: No. You can have your camera and mic. on or off (it's totally up to you).
Q: Do I need to already be working on something?
A: This does help, but of course you're more than welcome to come along and use the session itself to start something new... or simply to journal about your thoughts, emotions, and experience there at the start of the day.
Q: Why is it only £2.50 when your membership is more than that per session?
A: We want to extend this taster opportunity to as many people as we possibly can, as we know how powerful and genuinely life-changing these morning sessions can be.
Q: What will other people be working on during the writing component of the session?
A: We have people who are just starting out, as well as novelists, Substack article writers, poets, short film writers, and numerous other people besides. So all forms of writing are absolutely welcome.
Q: Do I need to have any particular experience?
A: Nope. Whatever level you're at (from complete beginner to published professional) you're very very welcome. This is not a workshop. It's just you getting things done in your own space and time after an inspirational meditation at the beginning.
