Just movement, clarity, and a community of people who want more from life.

7:00 AM — Arrival & Intention
Warm-up stretch, short introductions, and a one-minute focus drill.

7:10 – 7:40 AM — Energy Walk + Light Jog
Brisk walk around Cornwall Park with optional short jog bursts and breathing resets.

7:40 – 8:10 AM — Yoga Flow (Surya Namaskaram)
Guided sunrise movement, mobility, and grounding breathwork.

8:10 – 8:40 AM — Mind Reset & Reflection
Seated meditation and journaling prompt:
“What’s one thing I’ll stop tolerating this week?”

8:40 – 9:00 AM — Connect + Coffee
Group gratitude circle, quick takeaways, optional coffee at the café.
