TALK DETAILS:
"Bring your own Kubernetes and run Serverless WebAssembly," Chris Matteson and Sohan Maheshwar
Abstract: Discover how to build Serverless functions using Fermyon Spin powered by WebAssembly on Kubernetes. We will review the advantages of the approach and if you'd like to see this in action, open your laptop and follow along with this part of the demo.
---------------------------------------------
"Spegel - Stateless cluster local OCI registry mirror," Philip Laine
Abstract: Spegel is a stateless cluster local OCI registry mirror. It enables nodes within a Kubernetes cluster to share images cached locally on disk within each other. This reduces the need to pull images from public registries which may be slow or in the worst case unavailable.
