New Millennium Trail, North-West Section - a Gentler Hike

Details
This week we'll go a little further than we have in the past because we won't have a gentler hike next week.
We'll start off on hiking a short section of the De Anza Historic Trail before turning onto the New Millennium Loop Trail. We'll hike around until we reach the top of the Bark Park Trail, then return. The trails will mostly be well travelled singletrack in good condition, with a couple of short sections on dirt roads.
Statistics: 6 miles of hiking with about 1200' of climbing, total. However, since this is an out-and-back hike, we can turn around earlier if the group wants a shorter hike.
Directions: From Agoura Hills and points west - Drive east on the 101 Freeway, exiting at Las Virgenes Rd. At the end of the off-ramp, drive across Las Virgenes Rd and park in the dirt lot next to the gas station. From Calabasas and points east, Drive west on the 101 Freeway, exiting at Las Virgenes Rd. Cross back over the freeway and turn left into the dirt parking lot, just before the gas station.
