WHAT IS THE WEEKLY HOMECOMING?

This group is offered 2x/week:
MONDAYS | 7:30AM PST / 10:30AM EST
WEDNESDAYS | 5:00PM PST / 8PM EST

In this virtual weekly drop-in meditation space, Jess Lipman (Unified Mindfulness L2 Coach) offers techniques and perspectives from across different contemplative traditions and science-backed frameworks to help you feel more grounded, aware, aligned and ALIVE. These frameworks and systems include
- Unified Mindfulness
- Mettagroup's attachment and meditation approach

WHAT IS THE FORMAT?
- LEARN: In each session, Jess Lipman will share philosophy and techniques from across different contemplative frameworks and practices, mainly Unified Mindfulness (a science-backed system by Shinzen Young), attachment repair using meditation, and more. She will share on topics including: Building emotional intelligence and resilience; Cultivating an open hearted, compassionate, kind and patient attitude; how to increase joy, pleasure and fulfillment; How to decrease anxiety + managing stress; How to UNLOCK and increase innovation and creativity for more flow; and more!

- MEDITATE: Jess Lipman offers a live guided meditation in the session to support you in experientially tasting the techniques and topics discussed. By meditating in a community space, you have the opportunity to deepen your practice and glean support from the people you’re sharing the space with.

- Q&A + MEDITATION REPORTS: After practicing meditation in the community space, we have a supportive space for sharing and integration! During this time of the session, you’re welcome to share reports on what came up for you during the sit as well as report on how your practice is going overall. You’re also welcome to ask questions about the technique or meditation in general, and receive spot support from Jess Lipman during the session.

- Whether you’re a new meditation practitioner or seasoned, there’s a place for you in this group.

This community space is available to you on a donation basis. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
